1. Taking Care of Myself, the Zrii Journey Begins
Now that I am a woman in my 60s I'm aware of the usual arthritic changes that are the result of an active life and conscious that much that can hang on my body, is responding to the effects of gravity. I don't look my age but the face has a little sagging too. I wear tri-focal glasses and need hearing aids. I'm officially retired but run several small businesses from home. I'm going to take care of myself with Zrii.
I am aging and I want to ensure that I remain the healthy independent person that I am now, for as long as possible. I want to take responsibility for my health. I have been a caregiver. I have watched loved ones become diseased and die. I will not deny that that will happen to me, but for now I want to be the best that I can be.
So when I heard about Zrii, the nutrient beverage made from 7 fruits and herbs and formulated using the wisdom of Ayurvedic medicine, I was intrigued. So much about it seemed right for me. I liked the attitudes of those who created the company, I was impressed about the involvement of Deepak Chopra and how the Chopra Centre had endorsed the product. I was intrigued by the rejuvenating qualities of the ingredients.
So in the middle of September 2008 my first 4pack was delivered to my door. My friend Kristin was willing to share the batch. She was out of the country at the time so did not start taking Zrii at the same time as me. I was about to go on a road trip to see the fall colours in Mont Tremblant Quebec and so took my first bottle with me.
This blog will highlight the personal Zrii journey and other accounts I come across. The product has only been on the market a year and so all stories of its value are anecdotal.
This is a journey and since I love traveling, I plan to include some photos and video clips in the blog.
